Modifying the Synchronization Frequency

Updated

Replication frequency is used to setup the frequency of the live sync replication. By default the replication schedule is set for every 15 minutes. If necessary, this frequency can be modified. For example, if you notice that the backup operation takes more than 15 minutes, or if you want frequent live sync replication.

Procedure

  1. On the CommCell Console ribbon, in the Home tab, click Control Panel.

The Control Panel dialog box appears.

  2. In the CommCell group, click CommServe LiveSync.

The CommServe LiveSync dialog box appears.

  3. On the Synchronization Schedule tab, in the Synchronization Frequency box, type or select the minutes for the synchronization frequency.

  4. Click OK.

Result

This will automatically change the frequency of the transaction log backup schedule for the CvFailover subclient in the SQL client.
