Only Classic versions of Microsoft Outlook (2010 to 2021) and Office 365 are supported.

Outlook Add-In with ContentStore and Edge Attachment Store |
Outlook Add-In with ContentStore and Edge Attachment Store provides end users with the ability to include large attachments to their email messages. When you use this version of the Outlook Add-In, attachments in email messages are uploaded to the ObjectStore. Instead of delivering the attachment with the email messages, the messages include a link to the attachments that are located in the ObjectStore. Previews of messages are available whether or not the messages are content indexed. |
Note
If you have Outlook Add-In Version: 11.38.394 and above on the end user machine with Microsoft Outlook version 2016 and above then:

You will not see the Download button in the Microsoft Outlook email. Instead you will see a QuickLook button in the email preview.

Double-clicking on such emails will auto recall the email. Additionally, you can click QuickLook to recall the email.

If you choose to go via QuickLook, you will be asked to log into Web Console/Command Center.

You will be able to see the email preview in Web Console/Command Center.

Email attachments are not clickable in the email preview option in Web Console/Command Center. You can download the email to view the attachments.
