The CommServe LiveSync alert is setup to send notifications to the admin user, for events that require attention in the Live Sync operation. (By default the alert is enabled.) If necessary you can add additional users to receive the alert.
Procedure

On the CommCell Console ribbon, in the Home tab, click Control Panel.
The Control Panel dialog box appears.

In the CommCell group, click CommServe LiveSync.
The CommServe LiveSync dialog box appears.

On the Alerts tab, click the Add Alert button.
The Add Alert Wizard dialog box appears.
(If the alert is already setup, click the Modify Alert button.)

Follow the instruction on the Add Alert Wizard to setup the alert.
