The system time of the CommServe computer must be synchronized with the network time protocol. The CommServe computer can use the default Windows Time service or a third-party program to synchronize the system time.
If the CommServe is using the Windows Time service (seen from the Windows Services window), open the command prompt and run the following command to synchronize the system time:
w32tm /resync
To find out which time service is used by the CommServe computer, run the following command:
w32tm /query /source
