You can view the history of deduplicated data verification jobs that have run for the deduplication databases (DDBs) within a specific time range. By default, the job history displays status of all jobs. However, you can customize and view the history of a particular data verification job or a specific time range.
Note:
If there are any invalid data blocks that are identified during the data verification process, the status of the data verification job appears as Completed With Errors, and the following event message appears in the Event Viewer window.
DDB chunks were found bad during data verification job. StoreID [40], Bad chunks count [4], Deduped Size [2581711735] bytes.
This event message displays the amount of invalid data available on the storage policy copy. During subsequent backup job, new baseline data is written for the invalid data.
