The AD Enterprise Users view of the License Summary Report displays details about AD Enterprise User Licenses, such as AD Enterprise user for each workload type, as well as current AD Enterprise usage that is excluded from the capacity license.

Where to Access the Report

To view this report, in the License Summary Report, in the User Licenses table, under License, click AD Enterprise Users.

Current Workload Summary Table

This table displays the number of AD Enterprise users associated with each workload type.

Column	Description
Workload	The type of Active Directory workload, such as On-Prem AD and Azure AD.
Number of Enterprise Users	The number of AD Enterprise users consuming the license for each workload.

Current User Summary by Workload Table

This table displays the number of AD Enterprise users associated with the workload types and the number of unique users across all workloads.

Column	Description
Category	The category of users consuming the license, such as Users with more than one workload or Total AD Users.
Number of Enterprise Users	The number of AD Enterprise users consuming the license for each workload type and the number of unique AD Enterprise users across all workloads.

Distinct Active Directory Users - Current Usage Details Table

This table displays the current usage information for each Enterprise AD user.

Column	Description
SMTP	The SMTP server associated with the user.
On-Prem AD	An indication of whether the user uses on-premises Active Directory.
Azure AD	An indication of whether the user uses Azure Active Directory.
Enterprise User	The AD Enterprise user name.

Current Usage Excluded From Capacity Because Of Enterprise AD User License

This table displays the current jobs that protect Enterprise AD users and are excluded from the capacity license because they are covered by the Enterprise AD User license.

Column	Description
Client ID	The ID of the client computer.
Client	The client computer.
Job ID	The ID for the job.
Job Type	The type of job that ran, such as Backup.
Workload	The workload assigned to each subclient.
Workload ID	The ID of the workload.
License ID	The ID of the license.

Used	The amount of data that was backed up.
Company ID	The ID of the organization.
Company	The organization that owns the client computer.
Plan	The plan that is associated with the subclient and the storage policy.

This report displays the details about the AD Enterprise users associated with companies and plans. It also includes information about each workload per client.
