You must create a backup set for the MEDITECH data, and enable MEDITECH on that backup set. Then you can create subclients for the backup set.
Caution
For MEDITECH data, do not use the default backup set that was automatically created for the file server.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > File servers.
The File servers page appears.

Click the file server.
The file server page appears.

in the upper-right corner of the page, click the action button
, and then click Add backup set.The Create new backup set dialog box appears.

In the Name box, enter a name for the backup set.

To use a backup plan, from the Plan list, select a backup plan.

Move the Enable MEDITECH toggle key to the right.

Click OK.
