Alerts and Notifications - Exporting or Importing an Alert Rule

You can import or export an existing alert rule on the Command Center.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Monitoring > Alerts.

   The Triggered alerts page appears.

2. On the Alerts definitions tab, click Alert rules.

3. To import the alert rules to the Command Center, on the top-right of the page, click Import and then select the XML file or download it from Commvault Store.

4. To export the alert rules from the Command Center, select an alert rule which you want to export.

   The Alert rule details page appears.

5. On the top-right corner of the page, click Export.

   The XML file will be downloaded.
