To ensure consistent performance for backups and restores, when an access node for a virtualized platform exceeds the resource utilization threshold, the Commvault software considers that access node to be overloaded and puts new backup jobs into a waiting/pending state until resource utilization returns to below the threshold.
Thresholds
The thresholds are as follows:

Greater than 90% utilization of memory (RAM)

Less than the threshold specified for available space in the Job Results directory
