Backing Up SQL Server Databases in the ServiceNow Commvault Application

You can back up Microsoft SQL Server databases in the ServiceNow Commvault application.

Procedure

1. From the ServiceNow navigation pane, go to SQL Servers.

   The SQL Server Instances window appears.

2. On the Instances tab, in the Actions column, select a SQL Server instance, and then click the Backup button.

   Note

   All databases in the selected SQL Server instance will be backed up.

   The SQL Instance Backup window appears.

3. Select a backup level (Full, Incremental, or Differential).

4. Click the Submit button.
