Configuring SLA for the CommCell Environment

You can configure the time period for the Service Level Agreement (SLA) at the CommCell level. The CommCell-level SLA setting applies to all entities in the CommCell environment.

By default, SLA is set to calculate the percentage of successful backups over 1 month (30 days) at the CommCell level. However, you can change the time period.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > CommCell.

    The CommCell properties page appears.

  2. In the SLA area, click the edit button edit button solid blue pencil.

  3. From the list, select the number of days, weeks, or months that you want to calculate the SLA percentage for.

    In this option, a week is 7 days and a month is 30 days.

  4. Click the check mark button blue check mark button.
