Before using the IntelliSnap feature for this storage array, read the following limitations and special conditions.

Versions 5.0.2.x, 5.0.1.x, and 4.4.1.x are not supported.

Supported on Linux, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, and Windows (x64) platforms.

You must use same storage protocol (either Fibre Channel or iSCSI) for all VSA proxies or ESX servers to support multi node mount operation. HPE Nimble Storage does not allow you to assign both Fibre Channel or iSCSI Access Control List to a single volume.

You cannot use peer persistence volumes with IntelliSnap.
