You can create a table to add data, business rules, forms, and views to an application.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, click Developer Tools.
The Developer tools page appears.

Click Tables.

At the upper-right of the page, click Add table.
The Create table dialog box appears.

In the Name box, enter a name for the table.

Optional: In the Description box, type a description for the table.
The description does not appear to users.

Click Save table.
