You can delete a backup location marked for retirement.
Note
You can delete a backup location with or without backup data. For more details, see Deleting Disk Backup Locations.
Procedure

In the email alert message, click the backup location (mount path) link provided in the Description box.
The Backup locations page appears.

In the Backup locations section, for the backup location that you want to delete, click the Actions button
, and then click Delete. -
Confirm the delete operation.
Note
The backup locations (mount paths) that are ready to be retired are auto-deleted if the Enable auto deletion of ready to retire mountpath additional setting is enabled. For more details, see Enabling Auto Deletion of Ready to Retire Mountpaths.
