Enable IntelliSnap Backups for Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP

You can enable IntelliSnap backups on the NFS and CIFS subclients for Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Files.

   The Overview page appears.

2. Go to the Files tab, and then click the file server.

   The file server page appears.

3. To enable IntelliSnap backups for a CIFS subclient, go to the Protocols tile, and then click CIFS.

   The CIFS Overview page appears.

   To enable IntelliSnap backups for an NFS subclient, go to the Protocols tile, and then click NFS.

   The NFS Overview page appears.

4. On the Subclients tab, click a subclient.

   The subclient Overview page appears.

5. Go to the Configuration tab.

6. On the Snapshot management tile, move the Enable snap backup toggle key to the right.
