To get started with Amazon FSx for OpenZFS, create an NFS volume for Amazon FSx for OpenZFS, add a NAS client, configure a subclient for Amazon FSx for OpenZFS, and then perform a backup and restore operation.

Procedure

1. Review the Amazon FSx for OpenZFS features.

2. Verify that your environment meets the system requirements for Linux file servers.

3. Create an NFS volume for Amazon FSx for OpenZFS.

4. Add a NAS file server and configure the backup contents to protect the NFS volume.
