Getting Started with the Dell EMC Storage Center (DSM) Storage Array

To set up the Dell EMC Storage Center (DSM) Storage Array, review system requirements, and then add the array in the Commvault software. Then you can modify the snapshot properties.

Procedure

  1. Review the system requirements for the Dell EMC Storage Center (DSM) storage array. See System Requirements.

  2. Add the Dell EMC Storage Center (DSM) Storage Array in the CommCell Console.

  3. To customize the array to your environment, you can modify the properties that control snapshot operations. For more information, see Editing the Snapshot Configuration Properties.

  4. Choose a Supported Agent to work with the Dell EMC Storage Center (DSM) storage array.
