Global Command Center - Removing a Service CommCell

If you no longer want users to log in to a service CommCell environment from the Global Command Center, you can deregister the service CommCell environment.

Before You Begin

You must be a user in the master user group of the Global Command Center.

Procedure

1. From the Global Command Center navigation pane, go to Service CommCells.

   The Service CommCells page appears.

2. In the row corresponding to the service CommCell that you want to deregister, click the actions button and then click Deregister.

   The Confirm deregister dialog box appears.

3. To confirm the deregistration action, do the following:

   1. Optional. Move the Force deregister toggle key to the right.

      Important

      You should enable the Force deregister toggle key only if your service CommCell is down or unreachable and you want to remove its entities from the Global Command Center. Otherwise, do not enable this option.

   2. In the Type Deregister to confirm field, enter Deregister.

4. Click Deregister.
