On-Boarding Office 365 App as a Tenant Admin

After the MSP administrator assigns the resource pool to you, you can create Office 365 apps using information from only the Office 365 application and the backup plan.

Procedure

1. Ask your MSP admin to assign ownership rights for the resource pool that is associated with the backup plan to you, the tenant administrator.

2. Access the Command Center using the URL that the MSP admin gave you.

3. Create and manage Office 365 apps.
