Performing a Planned Failover for a Periodic Replication Group

You can perform a planned failover operation for an entire replication group during maintenance on the source sites. Only VMs that are eligible fail over. After a replication group failover, replication operations are disabled for the VMs that failed over. You can perform a replication group failback operation to return replication operations to all source sites in the replication group.
