You can enable data privacy for your company so that the CommCell administrator cannot view or download your company data. For example, if you are a tenant administrator, you can enable privacy for your company so that the MSP (Managed Service Provider) administrator cannot access your data.

When you use the SAML protocol for authentication, we recommend that you enable passkey authorization to control backup restores. For more information, see the following:
Before You Begin
Enable data privacy at the CommCell level. For more information, see Enabling Privacy at the CommCell Level.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Companies.
The Companies page appears.

In the Company column, click the name of the company.

Under Privacy, click the Prevent admin access to company data toggle key.
The Verify user password dialog box appears.

In the Your password box, enter your password.

Click Submit.
