Restoring MySQL Database Tables and Instances from Block Level

You can browse and restore a MySQL database group.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Databases.

   The database Overview page appears.

2. Go to Instances tab.

3. Click the instance.

   The instance Overview page appears.

4. Go to Database groups tab.

5. Click the database group you want to restore.

   The database group Overview page appears.

6. On the Database groups tab, for the database group that you want to restore, click the action button , and then click Restore.

7. From the Database view drop-down list, you can select the following two views:

   1. Database view

   2. Table view

   Note

   From the View selections tab, you can view your restore selections.

8. Click Restore.

   The Restore options dialog box appears.

9. You can perform the following actions from Restore options dialog box:

   • If you select *Database view *, in-place restore and out of place restore of databases instances.

   • If you select Table view, in-place restore and out-of-place restore of database tables.

10. Click Submit.
