You can restore groups of users by AD Group in OneDrive for Business to another location. Only the backed up users that are a part of the AD group will be restored.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Office 365.
The Office 365 Overview page appears.

On the Apps tab, click the app.
The Overview page of the app appears.

Click on Restore on the upper-right area of the page.
The available Restore options tool appears.

To restore groups of users, select Restore users by AD Group, and then click Next.
All AD groups appear in a list.

From the list, select the backed up groups you want to restore and then click Next.
You can use the Search bar to filter and find the AD groups you want to restore.

On the Destination tab, under OneDrive for Business, select Restore the data to another location, specify the location for the restore, and then click Next:

To restore to a different user:

Select Restore the data to another location.

In the User box, click Browse, select a OneDrive account, and then click Submit.

In the Folder box, click Browse, select a location, and then click Submit.
By default, the users are restored in the root folder.

To restore to a different client:

Move the Restore to a different client toggle to the right, and in the Destination client list, select a OneDrive for Business app.

In the User box, click Browse, select a OneDrive account, and then click Submit.

In the Folder box, click Browse, select a location, and then click Submit.
By default, the users are restored in the root folder.

The Options tab appears.

Beside If the file exists, specify which items to include in the restore:

To not overwrite existing items, select Skip.

To restore as a copy, select Restore as a copy.

To overwrite existing items, select Unconditionally overwrite.

To skip file permissions, select Skip file permissions.

To include deleted items, select Include deleted items.

Specify additional details for the restore, and then click Next:
The Review tab appears.

Review the items you selected for restore, and then click Submit to start the restore operation.
The Summary tab appears.

Click Close.
