From the navigation pane, go to Manage > System.
The System page appears.

Click the Maintenance tile, and then click Data Aging.

Click Run data aging.
The Confirm dialog box appears.

Click Yes to run the data aging job.
After data aging job is run, the data will be pruned from the storage.
