You can set up a secure access to the cloud library using a proxy server. The secure proxy server contains the cloud storage related information, and all the MediaAgents connect to the proxy server to access the cloud library.
If the MediaAgents do not have direct access to the internet and have the http proxy configured, make sure to configure the http proxy on the MediaAgent client or client group. For more information, see Configuring an HTTP Proxy for a Server Group.
