You can view the Audit trail from the Monitoring menu.
Note
Audit trail is also available to CommCell Administrators from the Reports menu.
Before You Begin
Verify that your CommCell user account is a member of the Master user group and has CommCell-level association.
Navigating to the Audit Trail

From the navigation pane, go to Monitoring > Audit trail.
The Audit trail page appears.
Viewing the Audit Trail Information
Audit trail displays detailed information about each operation, including the user who performed the operation and the time when they performed the operation.

The severity level associated with the operation: Low, Medium, High, or Critical. |

The name of the user who performed the operation. |

The time that the operation completed. |

The type of operation that the user performed. |

A description of the operation, such as the security associations, CommCell names, and alert settings. |

Notes |
Record notes for an operation. |

Company |
The company where users performed the operations. |
