Downloading and Accesing the Office 365 Backup Health Report

Before you can view the Office 365 Backup health report, you need to download it from the Commvault Store and then import it to Command Center.

Procedure

1. In your web browser, go to Commvault Store.

2. On the Commvault Store page, in the navigation menu, click Reports.

3. Scroll down to the Office365 section, and then click Office365 Backup Health.

4. Click Download to download the report.

   Make a note of where the downloaded XML file is saved.

5. Log in to Command Center.

6. From the navigation pane, click Reports.

   The Reports page appears.

7. In the Actions menu, click Import report.

8. Select and open the Office365BackupHealth XML file you downloaded from the Commvault Store.

   By default, this file is named Office365BackupHealth.xml.

After this, you can access the Office 365 Backup Health Report from the Reports page in Command Center.
