With Compliance Search, you can use the export feature to convert IBM Notes and Domino data to Microsoft Exchange MSG files. The converted MSG files can then be imported into an Exchange environment. Your administrator must enable an additional setting in the CommCell Console to enable this feature.
Exporting IBM Notes Data
By default, selecting an export format for IBM Notes and Domino data functions as follows:

Export to NSF: restores into one NSF file.

Export to PST: restores into one PST file. Use 64-bit Outlook to open the PST file.

Export to CAB: restores into multiple NSF files, which are combined into a zip file.

Export to HTML: restores to multiple HTML files.
-
Download: restores into multiple NSF files, which are combined into a zip file and downloaded to your computer.
Before You Begin
On the CommServe, add the ConverNsfToMsg additional setting as shown in the following table.

Procedure

Log in to Compliance Search.

From the search results page or a Review Set, select the IBM Notes or Domino items that you want to convert.

Perform one of the following conversion options:

To export the items to MSG files, click Export To, select CAB, and choose the export options. See Add a File or an Email to an Export Set.
The items are converted to MSG files and added to the selected Export Set.

To download the items as MSG files, select Download.
The items are downloaded to your computer as MSG files contained in a zip file.
