You can use the entity detection feature to identify data that contains sensitive information, like personal identification numbers, credit card numbers and bank routing information.
To search the sensitive data from the archived messages in Commvault search environments such as Web Console, Compliance Search, and ContentStore Email Viewer, the mailbox plans must be enabled with the entity detection feature. For more information, see Searching for Entities in the Web Console.
You can run a content indexing job separately from an archiving job.
