Before you set up Exchange Mailbox in the Command Center, perform the prerequisite tasks. After you set up Exchange Mailbox in the Command Center, perform the configuration tasks.

Select Exchange Online (Through Azure Active Directory) Environment only if there is no access to the On-premises Active Directory. For example, in a Managed Server Provider (MSP) environment that does not have access to the tenant's On-premises Active Directory, Exchange Online (Through Azure Active Directory) must be selected .
