Reconfiguring a Database Instance

Applies to: Oracle, Oracle RAC, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA, and SQL Server

You can reconfigure a deactivated database instance from the Command Center.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, go to the database instance as follows:

    • For a SQL database:

      1. Go to Administration > Servers > server.

      2. In the Agents section, click SQL Server.

      3. In the Instances section, click the instance.

    • For all other databases, go to Solutions > Databases > DB Instances > instance.

    The instance details page appears.

  2. At the upper-right area of the page, click the action button action_button, and then click Reconfigure.

    The Confirm reconfiguration dialog box appears.

  3. Click Yes.
