Running Application Check Readiness for the Exchange Mailbox Client

After providing the service accounts access to mailboxes, you must verify the permissions by using Application Check Readiness.

Note

  • This is applicable only for Exchange Online service accounts.

  • Exchange Online service account must have Exchange administrator permissions.

It validates the following information:

  • Service account email address and password

  • Azure application permissions

  • PowerShell connectivity

  • Service account impersonation permissions

Procedure

  1. From the CommCell Browser, go to Client Computers > right-click the Exchange client > All Tasks > Check Readiness.

    The Client Connectivity dialog box appears.

  2. Select the Application Check check box, click the Check Readiness option and then click Show Details.
