Upgrade clients by using either the CommCell Console or the installation package that was created from the Download Manager application.

Choose the Upgrade Method
Use one of the following methods to upgrade clients:

Remote upgrades, where you use the CommCell Console to update the software remotely on one or more computers.

Local upgrades, where you use the installation package to update the software locally on a computer.

Unattended upgrades, where you use the installation package to update the software silently on a computer.
