This operation creates an operation rule.

where <webservice> is the root path used to route the API requests to the Web Server.

Request Body
Download the XML or JSON file required for this request: create_operation_rule_template.xml or create_operation_rule_template.json. Use a parameter in the <entity> element to associate the operation rule with the entity it applies to.
