Monitoring interval is the frequency used by the proxy client(s) to monitor connectivity to the currently active CommServe server. By default the monitoring interval is set to 15 minutes.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > System.
The System page appears.

Click the CommServe LiveSync tile.
The CommServe LiveSync page appears.

In the Interval box, click Edit and then enter the number of minutes you want to set as the monitoring frequency.

Click the tick button to save the setting.
