Synchronization frequency is used to setup how often the live sync operation must be performed. By default the synchronization schedule is set for every 15 minutes. If necessary, this frequency can be modified. For example, if you notice that the backup operation takes more than 15 minutes, or if you want frequent live sync operations.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > System.
The System page appears.

Click the CommServe LiveSync tile.
The CommServe LiveSync page appears.

In the General section, on the upper right corner click Edit.
The Edit general settings dialog box appears.

For Live sync interval box, enter the number of minutes you want to set as the synchronization frequency.

Click Save.
