You can customize the email messages that are sent to users from the software. For example, you can add your company logo and your contact information as a footer to the email message sent when a user needs to reset a password. To support the locales of your users, you can clone email templates and set the locale values to support different languages.
In new installations of Commvault, predefined email templates are available. In upgraded environments, you can add email templates and click the Restore default links to use the system default subject and the system default email body.
