SCOM Alerts May Not Work After Upgrade to Service Pack 20
After you upgrade to feature release 20, the SCOM server may not receive alerts from the CommServer. Starting in feature release 20, the GalaxyScom.csv file uses Unicode encoding. So, if unicode characters are appended to an existing GalaxyScom.csv file with different character encoding, then the content in the resulting file is invalid, causing the SCOM alerts to not work.
To fix this issue, apply the Maintenance Release 11.20.32 on your feature release 20 installation. For more information, see Installing Hotfixes.
