License Peak Usage Report for Application Class Virtual VMs

The License Peak Usage Report for Application Class Virtual VMs displays the largest protected VM with an application package installed for the selected CommCell environment during the selected month. This report also includes the largest jobs that were not covered by a capacity license.

Only some of the columns appear by default. You can view any additional columns by using the Columns setting.

To view this report, in the License Peak Usage Report, in the Application Class Virtual VMs peak usage per month chart, click a bar.

Application Class Virtual VMs Peak

The Protected Virtual Machines table displays the largest VM with the Application Class Virtual license is applied, the application package installed on the VM, and whether the VM is protected by a recent backup job.

Column

Description

VM ID

The ID that is assigned to the virtual machine.

Virtual Machine

The largest virtual machine where application packages are installed.

Package

The type of application package installed on the VM.

Is VM Protected

An indication of whether the VM is protected by a recent backup job.

VM Protection Job

The number of jobs that ran on the VM.

Protected VM Size

The amount of data that was protected.

Company ID

The ID that is assigned to the organization.

Company

The organization that owns the client computer.

Plan

The plan that is associated with the hypervisor host.

Peak Usages Excluded from Capacity Because of Application Class Virtual License

The Peak Usages Excluded from Capacity Because of Application Class Virtual License table displays the largest jobs for each subclient that were excluded from capacity because they were protected by the Application Class Virtual license.

The ID that is assigned to the license.

The ID assigned to the client computer.

The ID that is assigned to the backup set.

The backup set that is associated with the subclient.

Subclient ID

The ID that is assigned to the subclient.

The subclient that was backed up.

Storage Policy ID

The ID that is assigned to the storage policy.

Storage Policy

The storage policy associated with the subclient.

Usage

The largest amount of data that was backed up for the subclient during the specified month.

Company ID

The ID that is assigned to the organization.
