License Peak Usage Report for Application Users

The License Peak Usage Report for Application Users displays each application user included in the peak user count for the selected CommCell environment during the selected month. This report also includes the largest jobs that were covered by the Application User license instead of the Capacity license.

Only some of the columns appear by default. You can view any additional columns by using the Columns setting.

To view this report, in the License Peak Usage Report, in the Application Users peak usage per month chart, click a bar.

Application Users Peak

The Application Users Peak table displays each email address associated with a user that is included in the peak user count and the mail applications associated with the email address.

Column

Description

SMTP

The email address associated with the user that is covered by the Application Users license.

Exchange Mailbox

An indication of whether the email address is configured to use Exchange Mailbox.

Cloud Apps

An indication of whether the email address is configured to use Cloud Apps.

SharePoint Online

An indication of whether the email address is configured to use SharePoint Online.

Company ID

The ID that is assigned to the organization.

Company

The organization that owns the client computer.

Plan

The plan that is associated with the hypervisor host.

Peak Usages Excluded from Capacity Because of Application User License

The Peak Usages Excluded from Capacity Because of Application User License table displays the jobs that were excluded from capacity because they were protected by the Application Users license.

Column

Description

License ID

The ID that is assigned to the license.

License

The type of license.

Job ID

The ID for the job that ran.

Job Type

The type of job that ran, such as Backup.

Client ID

The ID assigned to the client computer.

The client computer where the hypervisor host is located.

Agent ID

The ID that is assigned to the agent type.

Agent

The type of agent.

Instance ID

The ID that is assigned to the instance.

The type of hypervisor, such as VMware or Azure.

Backup Set ID

The ID that is assigned to the backup set.

Backup Set

The backup set that is associated with the subclient.

Subclient ID

The ID that is assigned to the subclient.

Subclient

The subclient that was backed up.

Storage Policy ID

The ID that is assigned to the storage policy.

Storage Policy

The storage policy associated with the subclient.

Usage

The largest amount of data that was backed up for the subclient during the specified month.

Company ID

The ID that is assigned to the organization.
