The Maintenance Release contains all of the hotfixes that have been released for this feature release, up to and including the Platform Release/Feature Release/Maintenance Release numbers displayed on the package name. For example:
- Commvault_Maintenance_11_20_6_winX64.exe
In the example above, 11_20_6 represents Platform Release 11, Feature Release 20, and Maintenance Release 6.
You must download the maintenance release package on the CommServe computer and then use the CommCell Console to install the hotfixes on all the clients. For instructions, see Installing Maintenance Releases.
