The Protected VMs view of the License Summary Report displays usage details for the Protected VMs license, including each backup job, the size of the backed-up data, and any jobs excluded from capacity because they are covered by the Protected VMs license.
Included Components
The Protected Virtual Machines license covers VMs that are configured with the Virtual Server Agent (VSA) for all supported hypervisor types.

To view this report, in the License Summary Report, in the Virtualization Licenses table under License, click Protected VMs.
Protected Virtual Machines
The Protected Virtual Machines table displays each VM protection job, the VM where it ran, and the amount of data that was protected.

Usages excluded from capacity because of Protected VM license
The Usages excluded from capacity because of Protected VM license table displays the size of jobs that run for license types, other than the capacity license, on the host computers. If there are no other license types purchased, this table appears blank.

Usage |
The amount of data that was backed up. For Protected VMs, the sum of guest sizes for each VM that was backed up under a subclient. If a VM is backed up under two different subclients, then the software counts only the most recent backup job for the VM. |

The ID of the organization. |

The organization that owns the client computer. |

The plan that is associated with the subclient and the storage policy. |
