The Recall Summary Report displays information about all file recall jobs that ran in the CommCell. This report can help you track the number of files recalled over time, the file type, the file size, and the file age of the recalled files, the top users performing file recalls, and the top clients from where the files were recalled. You can click on a section in any of the charts to view additional charts and tables with more detailed information about the recalled files, the users who recalled the files, and the clients from where the files were recalled.
Where to Access the Report
You must download this report from the Commvault Store, and then you can view the report in the Command Center and the Web Console.
