On the Shared Search page, you can access and run the searches that you have shared and the searches that other users have shared with you.
The Shared By Me table, lists searches that you have shared with other users, beginning with the most recent. The table includes the following details:

Name of the search

Search query
-
Name of the owner of the shared search
Note: The Admin user can list the searches shared by all users by clearing the Searches shared by me check box on the top-right of the table.
The Shared To Me table, lists searches that other users have shared with you, beginning with the most recent. The table includes the following details:

Name of the search

Name of the user who shared the search
Procedure

From the My Applications page in the Web Console, go to Monitoring > Log Monitoring.

At the top of the page, click Search.

Below the search bar, click Show History to show the Shared Search page.

To list all the shared searches, on the Shared Search page, based on your requirement, click the Shared By Me or Shared To Me table.

To run a shared search, on the Shared Search page, do one of the following:

To run the searches that are shared by you, in the Shared By Me table, click the search name or the search text.

To run the searches that are shared with you, in the Shared To Me table, click the search name or the search text.
Note: Alternatively, you can click the link included in the shared search email notification. You will be directed to the Web Console login page. Type your login credentials and log on to access the Shared Search page on the Web Console.
