When you set this additional setting, after the log files are backed up, the Commvault software deletes the log files that are older than this value.
Note
If you set the threshold for automated log backups, then you cannot add this additional setting. For information about how to set the threshold, see, see Modifying the Threshold for Log Backups.
Procedure

To the DB2 client, add the sDeleteLogsOlderThan additional setting as shown in the following table.
