The Top 10 Errors in Last 24 Hours Report lists the top 10 errors that occurred in the CommCell environment over the last 24 hours. Information includes the number of jobs affected and an error code and description.
In this report, sensitive information, such as the names of client computers, agents, and subclients are masked. The specific names of entities are replaced with generic names such as text1 and text2.
Where to Access the Report
You can view this report on the Command Center or the Web Console in CommCell environments where the Metrics Reporting Server is installed, or on the Cloud Services Portal in environments where Metrics data collection is turned on.
