You can track the location of a laptop from the Web Console. The location of the laptop is fetched every 24 hours when the laptop is online. In addition, if the laptop is behind a firewall, another attempt to fetch the location takes place every time the laptop connects through the firewall.
Procedure

Log on to the Web Console.
The My Applications page appears.

Click My Data.
The Computers page appears.

Click Settings for the computer that you want to track.
The laptop properties page appears.
Result
On the properties page, under Last Seen Location, an interactive map marks the latest geographical location of the laptop.
