Updating the URL for the CommCell Console Link on the Web Console

If you configured the Web Console to show the CommCell Console GUI link on the My Applications page of the Web Console, you can update the URL of the link using additional setting.

Procedure

  1. To the CommServe computer, add the CommcellConsoleUrl additional setting as shown in the following table.

    For instructions on adding additional settings from the CommCell Console, see Add or Modify an Additional Setting.

    The URL to the CommCell Console should be added in the following format:

    "http://hostname:port/console"

    where:

    • hostname is the hostname of the computer where the CommCell Console is installed

    • port is the port number used by the CommCell Console
