Right-click the virtual machine and select Edit Settings. Click Network adapters.

Clear the Connect at power on checkbox in the Virtual Machine Properties dialog box for all the available network adapters.

Click OK.

Turn on the virtual machine.

Click the Summary tab and select the I moved it option.

Login to the virtual machine and verify the applications and data.

After verification is complete, power off the virtual machine.

Right-click the virtual machine and select the Remove from inventory option.
