Verifying Access to Messages

Verify that you can access archived messages using ContentStore.

Procedure

1. Start Microsoft Outlook.

2. Enter your Profile Name, if you are prompted to do so, and then click OK.

   The ContentStore Email Viewer appears in Microsoft Outlook.

3. Expand ContentStore, and then click the folder that you want to view.

4. Click the message that you want to preview.

   The selected message appears in the preview pane.
